At rowillo™ every product is made to order with care, one item at a time. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be boxed, so each purchase moves through our production, packaging, quality assurance, and shipping process after you place your order.
How order fulfillment works
After your order is placed, it moves through these steps:

Order received
Your order is confirmed and sent into production.

Made to order
Production usually takes between 2–5 business days. This is when your item is printed, embroidered, etched, then stitched or assembled as required depending on the product.

Packaged and prepared for shipping
Once quality checks are complete, your order is packaged, labeled, and handed off to the shipping carrier.

Tracking sent
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email at the address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time includes both production time and shipping time. Production is the time needed to create and prepare your order before it ships. Shipping time begins after production is complete and your order has been handed off to the carrier.
Shipping time estimates
- Canada - Standard: 5–9 business days after production.
- United States - Standard: 5–9 business days after production.
- United States - Express: 3–5 business days after production.
Important note
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.
